Description

CHAINLIFE SM is a synthetic high-temperature chain oil based on synthetic esters. CHAINLIFE SM includes MoS2, wear protection, EP, corrosion protection ａnd anti-oxidation additives. According to its formulation, the product is free of silicone.

Field of application

CHAINLIFE SM is used as lubricant for conveyor ａnd oven chains in the cement, steel, automotive ａnd appliance industries. The product is waterresistant ａnd protects from corrosion. CHAINLIFE SM does not form any hard residues. Based on its low evaporation losses re-lubrication intervals can be extended. The molybdenum disulphide included guarantees a dry lubrication up to 450 °C.

Method of application

Surfaces should be clean, i.e. free of dust ａnd dirt prior to the application of CHAINLIFE SM. The product can be applied by brush, oil can or automatic lubrication systems.
