Description
CARBAFLO 1521 is a transparent fluid essential for the preparation of surfaces prior to the application of CARBAFLO 2260 compound. CARBAFLO 1521 fluid contains PTFE ａnd anti-corrosion agents which, combined with the fluid, leave a protective layer of fluorocarbon polymers.
Field of application
Lubrication of roller bearings, conveyor roller turn bearings, sprocket turn shaft bearings ａnd trolley bearings of power ａnd free systems, motorised trolley bearings, castor bearings ａnd swivels, fan bearings, pumps, centrifuges ａnd plants associated with the handling of flammable gases, furnace ａnd oven bearings, valves, ａnd chemical equipment.
Method of application
The “in service” re-lubrication of conveyor bearings previously lubricated with CARBAFLO 2260 compounds is carried out using CARBAFLO 1521. It rejuvenates a CARBAFLO 2260 compound which has been in service in conveyor bearings for long periods at high temperatures. All CARBAFLO lubricants are applied in compliance with the guidelines for PFPE-based lubricants. For the application in valves ａnd other components for gaseous oxygen. Test report on request.
