Description

BETONEX PLUS is a protective cleaner based on hydrocarbons.

Field of application

BETONEX PLUS prevents the adhesion of mortar ａnd concrete on construction machinery, mixer trucks, concrete pumps, mixers, silos, steel- ａnd large-area shuttering as well as all kinds of metal parts.

Application

Clean machinery ａnd equipment with water. Next BETONEX PLUS is applied to the parts to be treated using a brush or suitable, oil-resistant spraying equipment (with SS 800067 teejet nozzle). In this way a thin, protective film is formed on the parts, preventing caking of concrete incrustations ａnd facilitating everyday work. As a preserving agent it should be applied before the first use of the equipment ａnd following each subsequent use thereafter. Consumption: approximately 20-40 m²/l. BETONEX PLUS should not be diluted with water, oil or solvent - it is ready to use !

Notes

• Storage temperature not below -5 °C
• The duration of storage should not exceed 1 year.
• Store barrels horizontally.
• Re-seal container after use.

Please observe water resources policy act ａnd EU safety data sheet! The product must not contact zinc orgalvanized materials. During winter operation a spray pressure of 6-9 bar may be required.
