艾默生R48-3000E3功能和特点

 1.艾默生R48-3000E3热插拔

艾默生R48-3000E3整流模块采用热插拔技术。在一个带电的电源系统中,插入整流模块或拔出整流模块不会产生火花,也不会损坏端子。更换整流模块时间小于1分钟,冲击电流小于等于额定输入稳态峰值电流的1.5倍。

当模块插入系统时,不会引起系统输出电压的扰动。

 2.艾默生R48-3000E3自主均流

整流模块采用的数字化自主均流技术,均流不平衡度小于3%。

 

 3.输入限功率控制

整流模块采用的限功率控制方法,其输出功率根据输入电压和输出电压的变化而变化。当输入电压在176Vac~290Vac时(回差小于3V),整流模块可输出***da功率(2900W);当输入电压在85Vac~176Vac时,模块正常工作,但是将进入限功率模式

 4.输出特性

? 当输出电压在48V和58V之间时,***da输出功率为2900W。

? 当输出电压低于48V时,输出电流维持在60.5A。

? 当输出电压为58V时,***da输出电流为50A。

? 当负载超过2900W时,整流模块将限流输出以便输出恒定功率。

 

 5.温度限功率

45℃或以下环境温度时,整流模块可以满功率输出。

55℃环境温度,整流模块***da输出功率为2320W(54V/43A)。

60℃环境温度,模块允许输出功率为1450W。

65℃环境温度,模块输出功率为0。

 6.输出限流点调节

整流模块提供输出限流功能。通过外部监控模块,整流模块的限流点能在0~60A之间调节。

当输出电压在42~58.5V之间时,限流点调节精度不大于±1.5A。输出电压在42V以下时,限流点调节精度不大于±3A。

 7.输出电压调节

通过外部监控模块,整流模块的输出电压可在42~58.5V之间调节,调节精度为±0.1V。

 8.风扇控制

当整流模块输入电压在正常范围内时,风扇的转速随整流模块内部温度的升高而提高。当内部温度高于40℃时,风扇满转。交流输入过高或过低时,风扇停转。

 9.输入过/欠压保护

当输入电压小于85Vac或者大于290Vac,黄色指示灯亮,整流模块将停止工作。保护事件发生时整流模块会上报监控模块,由监控模块进行告警处理。

 

 10.输出过压保护

整流模块有输出过压硬件保护和输出过压软件保护,硬件过压保护点为58.5V~60V之间,硬件过压保护后需要人工干预才可以开机。软件保护点可以通过监控模块设置,设置范围为56~59V,要求比输出电压高0.5V以上,出厂默认值为59V。

软件过压保护模式可以通过监控模块选择:

1)一次过压锁死模式

当整流模块发生软件过压,整流模块关机并保持,需要人工干预方可恢复。

2)二次过压锁死模式

整流模块软件保护后,关机5秒钟内重新开机,如果在设定时间内(默认为5分钟,可以通过监控模块设置)发生第二次过压,整流模块则关机并保持,需要人工干预方可开机。如果整流模块输出电流小于5A时,整流模块不关机。

人工干预方法:可以通过监控模块复位整流模块,也可以通过从电源系统上脱离整流模块来复位。

 11.过温保护

在整流模块的进风口被堵住、环境温度过高或者风扇故障等原因导致其内部温度超过85℃时,其输出功率降至额定值的50%。当整流模块内部温度达到90℃时,其面板的黄色指示灯亮,整流模块将停止工作。

过温保护发生时,整流模块上报告警信号给监控模块进行相应处理。当整流模块内部的温度恢复正常后(回差大于10℃),整流模块将自动恢复工作,过温告警消失。

 12.PFC过/欠压

当内部母线电压超过过/欠压保护点时,整流模块将停止工作,黄色指示灯亮。

 

 13.通讯故障

整流模块发生通讯故障后,面板的黄色指示灯闪烁。故障信息将上报监控模块。为了保护蓄电池,当通讯故障发生后,整流模块的输出电压变为53.5V(默认值,可通过监控模块设置)。当通讯恢复正常后,整流模块自动恢复正常工作。

 14.风扇故障保护

风扇发生故障后,整流模块将产生风扇故障告警,其面板上的红色指示灯闪烁,整流模块停止输出。故障消除后,可自动恢复正常工作。

 15.艾默生R48-3000E3输出电流不平衡

当多个整流模块在电源系统中并联使用时,均流误差大的模块能自动识别,并点亮其面板上的黄色指示灯。

故障事件发生后,整流模块上报告警信号给监控模块进行相应处理。

 16.艾默生R48-3000E3监控功能

艾默生R48-3000E3整流模块内置有的数字信号处理器,它监测和控制整个模块的运行,并通过CAN总线与监控模块时实通讯。表5-10列出了整流模块和监控模块之间交换的命令和信息。

1. Emerson R48-3000E3 hot plug

The Emerson R48-3000E3 rectifier module adopts hot swap technology. In a live power system, the insertion of the rectifier module or the pull-out rectifier module does not produce sparks or damage terminals. The time of replacing the rectifier module is less than 1 minutes, and the impact current is less than 1.5 times the rated peak current of the rated input.

When the module is inserted into the system, it will not cause disturbance of the output voltage of the system.

2. Emerson R48-3000E3 autonomous current sharing

The rectifier module adopts advanced digital autonomous current sharing technology, and the current imbalance degree is less than 3%.

3. input limited power control

The rectifier module adopts advanced power limiting control method, and its output power changes according to the changes of input voltage and output voltage. When the input voltage is from 176Vac to 290Vac (the return difference is less than 3V), the rectifier module can output ***da power (2900W). When the input voltage is 85Vac to 176Vac, the module works normally, but it will enter the power limit mode.

4. output characteristics

When the output voltage is between 48V and 58V, the output power of ***da is 2900W.

When the output voltage is lower than 48V, the output current is kept at 60.5A.

When the output voltage is 58V, the ***da output current is 50A.

5. temperature limit power

The rectifier module provides the output current limiting function. Through the external monitoring module, the current limiting point of the rectifier module can be adjusted between 0 and 60A.

7. output voltage regulation

Through the external monitoring module, the output voltage of the rectifier module can be adjusted from 42 to 58.5V, with an accuracy of + 0.1V.

8. fan control

When the input voltage of the rectifier module is within the normal range, the speed of the fan increases with the increase of the internal temperature of the rectifier module. When the internal temperature is above 40 centigrade, the fan is full.  When the AC input is too high or too low, the fan stops.

9. inputting / undervoltage protection

When the input voltage is less than 85Vac or greater than 290Vac, the yellow indicator light is on, and the rectifier module will stop working. When the protection event occurs, the rectifier module will report the monitoring module, and the alarm module will be processed by the monitoring module.

10. output overvoltage protection

The rectifier module has output overvoltage hardware protection and output overvoltage software protection, the hardware overvoltage protection point is between 58.5V and 60V, and the hardware overvoltage protection needs manual intervention to open the machine. The software protection point can be set by the monitoring module. The setting range is 56 ~ 59V, and the output voltage is higher than 0.5V. The default value of the factory is 59V.

The software overvoltage protection mode can be selected through the monitoring module.

Manual intervention: reset module can be reset by monitoring module, or can be reset from the rectifier module from the power supply system.

 

11. over temperature protection

The output power of the rectifier module is reduced to 50% of the rated value when the inlet of the rectifier module is blocked, the ambient temperature is too high or the fan failure causes the internal temperature to exceed 85 degrees C. When the internal temperature of the rectifier module reaches 90 degrees, the yellow indicator lamp of the panel is bright, and the rectifier module will stop working.

When the overtemperature protection occurs, the rectifier module reports the alarm signal to the corresponding monitoring module. When the temperature inside the rectifier module is restored to normal, the rectifying module will automatically recover when the temperature difference is greater than 10 degrees.

6月中旬,3GPP全会(TSG#80)完成了第五代移动通信技术(5G NR)独立组网标准,此前华为以PolarCode码成为eMBB场景编码中控制信道编码的*终解决方案成功提升了中国在5G标准中的话语权,不过在本次5G NR标准中真正为中国提升了权的是大唐电信而不是华为。

华为PolarCode码技术取得首次胜利

5G标准中,信道编码方案分别有法国的Turbo方案、美国的LDPC方案(高通主推)和中国的PolarCode方案(华为主推),不同的企业推不同的编码方案主因是它们各自在不同方案中所拥有的优势不同所致。

PolarCode其实并不是华为首先提出的,而是土耳其毕尔肯大学ErdalArikan教授提出的,华为则在该编码方案上投入了更多的资源进行研发,也就在该编码方案上积累了更多的,当然华为希望推动该方案成为信道编码方案。

目前3GPP对5G定义了三大场景:eMBB、mMTC和URLLC。在eMBB场景中,华为主推的PolarCode成为5G控制信道eMBB场景编码方案,这是中国通信企业推出的编码方案首次进入3GPP标准,代表着中国企业在移动通信标准上所取得的重大胜利,也难怪各方对此欢欣鼓舞。

其实在5G标准的eMBB场景中高通才是的赢家,高通主推的LDPC码获得了远比华为主推的PolarCode更大的成功,LDPC码成为数据信道的上行和下行短码方案,5G中长码编码也确认为LDPC方案。

只不过由于华为在中国市场所拥有的强大影响力,国内放大了华为所取得的成功而忽视了高通在5G标准的eMBB场景中所取得的成绩。在3GPP全会(TSG#80)上,本来华为希望取得更大的成功,然而从目前的情况来看它并没能如愿,这对于中国来说也是颇为失望的。

被人忽视的大唐电信

3G标准上,分别有CDMA2000、WCDMA和TD-SCDMA三大标准,后来美国又将wimax塞入3G标准中,TD-SCDMA是中国提出的标准。CDMA2000和WCDMA均是频分标准,TD-SCDMA和wimax则是时分标准,大唐电信正是TD-SCDMA标准的主导者。

3G标准上,CDMA2000、WCDMA和TD-SCDMA均采用了高通拥有垄断优势的CDMA技术,这让全球通信企业采用这三种技术均需要向高通缴纳授权费。为摆脱对高通的这种依赖,在4G标准制定上,中国选择与欧洲合作共同推出LTE标准,而美国高通推UMB、Intel推wimax。

中国和欧洲虽然共推LTE,不过他们分别提出的4G标准还是有一定差异的,中国推的是TD-LTE,欧洲推的是LTE-FDD,后来高通主推的UMB因为技术缺陷被放弃,而wimax被TD-LTE击败,*终中国和欧洲成为的成功者。在中国企业中主推TD-LTE还是大唐电信,它希望延续自己所积累的TD技术优势。

TD-SCDMA到TD-LTE,大唐电信在推动两代技术标准的发展中逐渐在时分技术上积累了相当多的。其实这也是中国不得不选择的道路,欧美在3G、4G标准上都主要推动频分技术标准因此它们在频分技术上积累了更多的,中国要想打破它们所拥有的优势就不得不选择时分技术,因此大唐就成为中国通信产业中所不能忽视的企业。

5G标准制定中,全球虽然都倾向于制定统一的5G白做,不过考虑到时分技术所拥有的优势,时分技术依然有它存在的空间;另外就利益抉择来说,欧洲已确立了爱立信作为欧洲5G标准制定的领导者,爱立信也强调它将基于LTE-FDD演进到5G标准,中国既然在TD技术上积累了更多的当然选择沿着TD-LTE演进到5G标准也是恰当的选择,从3GPP全会(TSG#80)确定的5G NR来看,中国在5G标准上要获取更多话语权还是要依靠大唐电信积累的TD了。

对于中国来说,作为一个后进的国家,中国企业所取得每一个进步都应该值得国内重视的,仅靠任何一个企业来提升中国在标准制定中的话语权并不现实,华为、大唐电信在5G标准中所取得的成绩都值得赞誉。

In fact, PolarCode was not first proposed by HUAWEI, but was proposed by Professor ErdalArikan at the University of bienken in Turkey. HUAWEI has invested more resources in the coding scheme and has accumulated more patents on the coding scheme, and of course HUAWEI wants to push the scheme into a channel coding scheme.

At present, 3GPP defines three major scenarios for 5G: eMBB, mMTC and URLLC. In the eMBB scene, the HUAWEI main push PolarCode becomes the 5G control channel eMBB scenario coding scheme, which is the first time the Chinese communication enterprise introduced the coding scheme to enter the 3GPP standard, representing the great victory of the Chinese enterprise in the international mobile communication standard, and it is no wonder that the parties are delighted.

In fact, in the 5G standard eMBB scene Qualcomm is the biggest winner, high pass LDPC code is far more successful than the PolarCode pushed by HUAWEI. The LDPC code becomes the upstream and downlink short code scheme of the data channel, and the long code code in 5G is also confirmed as the LDPC scheme.

Only because of the powerful influence of HUAWEI in the Chinese market, the domestic success of HUAWEI has been magnified and the achievements of high Qualcomm in the eMBB scene of the 5G standard are ignored. At the 3GPP plenary session (TSG 80), HUAWEI was expected to achieve greater success, but in the current situation it was not a wish, which was also a disappointment to China.

The neglected Datang Telecom

On the 3G standard, there are three major standards: CDMA2000, WCDMA and TD SCDMA. Later, the United States imported WiMAX into the 3G standard, and TD SCDMA was the standard set by China. CDMA2000 and WCDMA are both frequency division standards, TD SCDMA and WiMAX are time division standards, Datang Telecom is the leader of TD SCDMA standard.

On the 3G standard, CDMA2000, WCDMA and TD SCDMA both adopt the CDMA technology with high Qualcomm monopoly advantage, which allows global communications enterprises to use these three technologies to pay the authorization fee to high Qualcomm. In order to get rid of this dependence on Qualcomm, China has chosen to cooperate with Europe to launch the LTE standard in the formulation of 4G standard, while the US Qualcomm pushed UMB and Intel to push WiMAX.

Although China and Europe jointly push LTE, the 4G standards they put forward are still different, the Chinese push is TD LTE, the European push is LTE FDD, and the UMB of high pass main push is abandoned because of the technical defect, and WiMAX is defeated by TD LTE, eventually China and Europe become the biggest successes. In the Chinese enterprises, the main push is TD LTE or Datang Telecom. It hopes to continue its TD technology advantages.

From TD SCDMA to td-t, Datang Telecom has accumulated considerable patents in time division technology in promoting the development of the two generation of technology standards. In fact, it is also the way China has to choose. The European and American standards on 3G and 4G are mainly driven by the frequency division standards so that they have accumulated more patents in the frequency division. China will have to choose the time division technology to break the patent advantage they have, so the Datang can not be ignored in the Chinese communications industry.
