(1)科士达UPS电源在正常使用情况下,主机的维护工作很少,主要是防尘和定期除尘。特别是气候干燥的地区,空气中的灰粒较多,机内的风机会将灰尘带入机内沉积、当遇空气潮湿时会引起主机控制造成主机工作失常,并发生不准确告警,大量灰尘也会造成器件散热不好。一般每季度应彻底清洁一次。其次就是在除尘时,检查各连接件和插接件有无松动和接触不牢的情况。
1.外接大容量电池组:可根据所需供电时间外接相应容量的电池组,但须注意此种方造成电池组充电时间的相对增加,另外也会增加占地面积与维护成本,故需认真评估。

牌局重启,胜者为王
从2008年到2018年的十年时间里,中国光伏行业经历了两次整合,随着“5˙31”新政的下发,光伏行业第三次整合的帷幕就这样被扯了下来。行业整合如同资本市场的一场牌局游戏,胜者为王是*终结果 。
光伏发电的核心设备是逆变器。中国逆变器的发展要追溯到深圳的两家公司,一家是艾默生,另一家是中国台湾的山特。就行业目前的各大逆变器厂家来看,其技术研发以及高层管理人员80%来自于这两大厂家。彼时的逆变器利润约在200%~300%之间,高额利润以及国外品牌的垄断,促使两大厂家的高层人员在掌握核心技术以后纷纷投入到了创业的大潮中。
自国内逆变器企业群雄并起后,国外企业垄断的局面被打破,通过“价格战”的厮杀,迫使外企*终退出了国内市场,而逆变器的价格也从2009年的2元/W降至2013年的0.4~0.5元/W。科士达产品总监王善良表示,“此时国内的逆变器企业约有200家左右,做丝袜的,做鞋垫的,各行各业的都进入了逆变器领域,逆变器的发展也正式进入到了国内混战阶段。”
随着国内光伏市场的爆发,逆变器企业的市场集约度进一步提高。截止到2016年以前,中国光伏的集中式地面电站为主要增长点,其逆变器的供应商基本已经被锁定,本该固化的市场格局随着分布式光伏的暴增发生了根本变化。原本不具备上场资格的玩家,开始掌握一定的话语权,随着新政下发,新一轮的洗牌机制再次开启。
王善良表示,“政策调整从长远来看其实是一件好事,粗放式的发展得到控制,市场逐渐规范,其*终目的就是迎接平价上网的到来。经过这次洗牌,有实力的企业是不会出局的。以科士达为例,组串式、集中式、储能逆变器都有着不俗的业绩,我们累计出货量约为16GW,市场占有率15%以上,行业排名前三,去年的出货量是6GW。作为上市公司,科士达资产率负债低,现金流充裕,同时多元化的产品体系也保证了多样的资金稳定。”
多点布局,危险与机遇并存
“福兮,祸之所伏;祸兮,福之所倚。”此句颇为适用光伏行业的发展变化。就新政而言,看似惨淡的市场前景,依然有企业的攻城略地之所,此前多点布局的企业势必将会在这次洗牌中脱颖而出。
2018年的分布式指标虽已几近于无,但领跑者与扶贫仍然大有可为。从数据来看,5GW的应用领跑者指标与即将下发的4WG扶贫指标将成为逆变器企业争夺的重中之重。王善良表示“从领跑者方面来说, 2017年年底时,科士达获得了国电投500MW的组串合约,*近也完成了国电投领跑者的投标工作。从扶贫方面来看的话,更是科士达的优势所在。安徽金寨批光伏扶贫科士达做了6000户,辽宁建仓批做了5000户,第二批即将启动3000户。”
国内市场的萎缩使得逆变器企业开始更加注重海外布局。欧美市场格局已基本成型,外来者破局的困难显而易见,就此情形下,中东、印度、南美等新兴市场则成为国外厮杀的主战场。但不得不提的是,新兴市场光伏的发展趋势很有可能重复中国光伏走过的道路,工商业分布式光伏尚在萌芽期,集中式地面电站或是主流需求。就目前国内的部分逆变器厂家来看,只做分布式的逆变器企业海外之路或将困难重重。而科士达集中式与组串式逆变器的并重布局,势必会迅速打开国外市场,从而缓解国内市场的压力。

The shrinking of the domestic market has made the inverter enterprises pay more attention to overseas layout. But it has to be said that the development trend of the emerging market photovoltaic is likely to repeat the path of China's photovoltaic, industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic is still in the bud, centralized ground power station or the mainstream demand. As for some domestic inverter manufacturers, it will be very difficult to build a distributed inverter enterprise overseas.
