整流模块常见故障表现有:绿色灯(电源指示灯)灭、黄色灯(保护指示灯)亮、黄色灯闪亮,红色灯(故障指示灯)亮,红色灯闪亮。

当风扇因故障不转时,需更换新的风扇。风扇和面板的拆卸方法如下:

1)         用十字螺丝刀将固定前面板的3 个螺钉从固定孔里拆下,将前面板拔出;

2)         拔下风扇的电源线,拿走风扇,并更换新风扇;

3)         将风扇电源线插入风扇电源插座,将风扇吹风的方向对准机箱内部标签方向,装入风扇,装上前面板并用3 个螺钉将前面板固定

 如何更换整流模块

对于整流模块,除更换风扇外,建议不要做其它任何维修工作。整流模块故障后,请按如下步骤更换:

1)         检查新整流模块,看是否有明显的运输损坏。

2)         松开维谛R48-3000e3整流模块的把手固定螺钉。抓住故障整流模块的把手将模块往外拉,即可将模块抽出机架。此时请

3)         尽量小心,刚刚退出工作的模块外壳表面温度还很高,注意抓紧模块以免跌落损坏。

1.艾默生R48-3000E3热插拔艾默生R48-3000E3整流模块采用热插拔技术。在一个带电的电源系统中,插入整流模块或拔出整流模块不会产生火花,也不会损坏端子。更换整流模块时间小于1分钟,冲击电流小于等于额定输入稳态峰值电流的1.5倍。当模块插入系统时,不会引起系统输出电压的扰动。

2.艾默生R48-3000E3电源模块自主均流整流模块采用***的数字化自主均流技术,均流不平衡度小于3%。

3.输入限功率控制整流模块采用***的限功率控制方法,其输出功率根据输入电压和输出电压的变化而变化。当输入电压在176Vac~290Vac时(回差小于3V),整流模块可输出***功率(2900W);当输入电压在85Vac~176Vac时,模块正常工作,但是将进入限功率模式

7.过温保护在整流模块的进风口被堵住、环境温度过高或者风扇故障等原因导致其内部温度超过85℃时,其输出功率降至额定值的50%。当整流模块内部温度达到90℃时,其面板的***指示灯亮,整流模块将停止工作。过温保护发生时,整流模块上报告警信号给监控模块进行相应处理。当整流模块内部的温度***正常后(回差大于10℃),整流模块将自动***工作,过温告警消失。

8.PFC过/欠压当内部母线电压超过过/欠压保护点时,整流模块将停止工作,***指示灯亮。

9.通讯故障整流模块发生通讯故障后,面板的***指示灯闪烁。故障信息将上报监控模块。为了保护蓄电池,当通讯故障发生后,整流模块的输出电压变为53.5V(默认值,可通过监控模块设置)。当通讯***正常后,整流模块自动***正常工作。

1. * R48-3000E3 hot plug R48-3000E3 rectifier module using hot swap technology. In a live power system, inserting or pulling out the rectifier module will not cause sparks or damage terminals. The replacement time of the rectifier module is less than 1 minute, and the impulse current is less than 1.5 times of the rated input steady-state peak current. When the module is inserted into the system, the output voltage of the system will not be disturbed.
