整流器的可靠性设计: 安装整流器 整流模块安装时,将整流模块前面板的定位销向上提起,将整流模块缓慢推入整流模块的安装位置 。
由于整流模块的输出电路的后级是滤波电路,有较大的电容,在线测量时,万用表的内部电池会为电容充电,万用表的测量值会逐渐上升,这是正常现象,不要误以为短路。
拆除整流模块 断开被更换的整流模块交流控制开关; 拉开整流模块的拉手,模块固定销收起,将模块拔出。 安装整流模块 整流模块的安装,分两次推入电源机柜; 首先,将整流模块放入机柜,不要拉开模块拉手,缓慢将模块推入机柜,模块固定销卡到限位槽后停止; 等到3秒钟后,来开模块拉手,固定销收起,再次将整流模块完全推入机柜, 放开模块拉手,固定销落下,模块被固定; 闭合整流模块的交流控制开关,模块启动。
显示板应显示’…’状态延时数秒开机。绿灯亮表示整流器正常,红灯亮表示整流器故障。上电面板按键按下显示模块电流,面板按键弹起依次显示模块温度、ID号、模块电压,显示电流时,绿灯和电流指示灯同亮; 显示温度时, 灯都不亮; 显示ID号时,只有绿灯亮; 显示电压时,绿灯和电压指示灯亮; 若黄灯亮则ID号对应显示为: E11 输入欠压 E12 输入缺相 E13 输出欠压 E14 风机故障 E15 温度>70度 ID 通讯故障(如模块单机调试时未接通讯,此故障可不必理会); 若红灯亮则ID号对应显示为: E01 输入过压 E02 输出过压 E03 保险 E04 模块故障 E05 温度>90度
整流器绝缘耐压3000V,防止雷电浪涌破坏

Functions: AC AC220V is converted into DC DC48V output; the output voltage, current and internal temperature of rectifier are displayed; multi-machine parallel output is realized; communication with system controller is realized by RS485.
Reliability design of rectifier:
When the rectifier module is installed, the positioning pin of the front panel of the rectifier module is lifted upward, and the rectifier module is pushed slowly into the installation position of the rectifier module.
Because the output circuit of the rectifier module is a filter circuit and has large capacitance, when measuring online, the inner battery of the multimeter will charge the capacitance, and the measurement value of the multimeter will gradually rise. This is a normal phenomenon. Don't mistake short circuit for it.
Remove the rectifier module, disconnect the AC control switch of the replaced rectifier module, pull the handle of the rectifier module, retract the fixed pin of the module and pull the module out. Firstly, put the rectifier module into the cabinet, don't pull the module handle, push the module into the cabinet slowly, and stop after the module fixed pin card reaches the limit slot; Wait until 3 seconds, open the module handle, put the fixed pin back, push the rectifier module into the cabinet completely again, and release the mould. Block handle, fixed pin falling, module fixed; Close the AC control switch of rectifier module, module start.
The display panel should display'...' The state delay is several seconds. The green light indicates that the rectifier is normal, and the red light indicates that the rectifier is faulty. The power-on panel button presses the display module current, and the panel button pops up to display module temperature, ID number and module voltage in turn. When displaying current, the green light and current indicator light are on the same light; when displaying temperature, the light is not on; when displaying ID number, only the green light is on; when displaying voltage, the green light and voltage indicator light are on; if the yellow light is on, the ID number corresponds to: E11 input under-voltage; * E12 Input phase absence, Output undervoltage, E14 fan failure, E15 temperature > 70 degree ID communication failure (if the module is not connected during single debugging, this failure is not ignored); if the red light is on, ID number corresponds to: E01 input overvoltage, E02 output overvoltage, E03 guarantee Risk E04 module failure E05 temperature > 90 degrees
