在氩气保护下,将十二甘醇和 四氢呋喃加入到500 mL圆底烧瓶中,冰浴条件下冷却至0℃左右。将氢化钠分3批慢慢加入到反应体系中。将反应混合物升至常温,接着通过注射器添加N3-PEG4-Tos(2)的四氢呋喃溶液。反应在氩气气氛下进一步搅拌反应48 h。TLC监测反应结束后,往反应中缓慢加入200 mL盐水淬灭过量的氢化钠。通过减压蒸馏除去有机溶剂。用二氯甲烷(400 mL×3)将粗品洗涤3次,收集有机相。依次用250 mL 50 wt%的碳酸氢钠水溶液和200mL水洗涤有机相。将有机相用无水硫酸钠干燥，收集浓缩后得到粗品经柱层析(硅胶,V(二氯甲烷):V(甲醇)=90∶10)纯化,得到15.13 g( 20.25mmol)淡黄色粘稠油状液体,产率为50.6% 。

The crude slurry was extracted with dichloromethane (200ML × 3) , collected ａnd combined with organic extract, washed with Sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution ａnd 200mL water, ａnd dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate, after collection ａnd concentration, the crude oil was purified by silica gel column chromatography (V (dichloromethane) : V (methanol) = 95∶5) . The yield was 68.6% .
